【拈花微笑聾劇團】成立於2008年6月，由卅年前首創聾劇團的創始團員帶領新一代聾人演員與聽人演員擔當演出，並促請引導聾劇創始發展的戲劇家汪其楣教授，擔任藝術總監暨製作人。

結合聾人演員、聽人演員與現代劇場導演、舞台、服裝、燈光、音樂設計等專業幕前、幕後工作人員，為傳遞聾人文化，籌畫相關演出活動，已於2008年9月至2009年4月間，應2009臺北聽障奧運基金會邀請，進行「2009臺北聽障奧運—飛手舞聾‧聾舞手飛—聾劇列車」活動，完成18場次，包括台北、桃園、新竹、台中、嘉義、台南、花蓮等地區的巡迴演出，18場演出場場爆滿，吸引觀賞人次將近6500人！

【拈花微笑聾劇團】以舞台戲劇形式，透過生動、獨具巧思的劇情安排，觀眾可以欣賞聾人演員真摯自然的表情、精湛的肢體表現，以及無懈可擊的合作默契，與聽人演員一同創造新型態的視覺體驗與心靈撼動。

演出團體簡介 ABOUT THE NATIONAL THEATRE OF THE DEAF：

「美國聾劇團」是一個由聾人與聽人演員所組成的專業表演團體。劇團是於1967年成立，它是美國歷史最悠久且仍持續巡迴演出的表演劇團。劇團的特色在於結合手語及口語的戲劇表演，擴展劇場表現的界線，這雙重感官表演的形式，讓一般聽人社會的觀眾同時可以看到聲音語言和視覺語言的表現力量。1977年，「美國聾劇團」以「傑出戲劇表現」榮獲美國劇場界最高榮譽獎－「東尼獎 (Tony Award)」；「美國小聾劇團」是「美國聾劇團」的兒童劇團，兒童劇團的成員，也都是由美國聾劇團的演員所組成的。

The National Theatre of the Deaf (NTD) is a professional acting company made up ofdeaf and hearing actors. Established in 1967, The National Theatre of the Deaf broughtSign Language out of the shadows and placed it in the world spotlight, raising it to thelevel of an art form. The theatre’s signature style, a combination of Sign Language andspoken words, has expanded the boundaries of theatrical expression. 演出內容簡介 ABOUT THE LITTLE THEATRE OF THE DEAF – Children’s Theatre Wing of The National Theatre of the Deaf

這次「美國小聾劇團」將帶來他們 2009-2010的巡迴表演新作－「小瑞秋與智慧樹(Tree Wise)」，此劇是由葛瑞特．蘇黎士 (Garrett Zuercher)，根據安托妮．阿芭蒙提 (Antoinette Abbamonte) 所寫的童書，來改編成為劇場版。本劇是講述一位父母親皆是聾人的小朋友如何在學校認識新朋友，透過一棵非常特別的樹的幫忙，她了解到如何協助她的新朋友與同學對聾文化有更多的認識。「小瑞秋與智慧樹 (Tree Wise)」是一齣淺顯易懂的英文劇與美式手語的表演，成人與小朋友皆宜。

The first Little Theatre of the Deaf company was created in 1968; a year after TheNational Theatre of the Deaf began.
